ESG Sustainable Design ServicesESG & Sustainable Design

ESG Sustainable Design,
turn the sustainability you’ve achievedinto a visible brand asset

A well-designed sustainability report isn’t the point—what matters is whether investors, supply chain partners, and employees can understand it, remember it, and believe it. Howdy Creative earned B Corp Certification in 2020 (B Corp Certified 2020–2023). From sustainability report information design and ESG brand identity to ESG family days and market-style events, we translate corporate sustainability actions into brand language.

What we do

Three ESG sustainable design service lines—à la carte or full-scope

From “compliance requires it” to “the brand wants to say it”—choose your entry point based on where your sustainability progress stands today. Each service line has a full guide you can read first.

Pricing & Timeline

How Are Fees and Timelines Estimated?

Below are the public pricing ranges and standard timelines we’ve shared for each service line. Formal quotes depend on scope, page count, and number of revision rounds.

Service LineFee Range (Public Rates)Standard TimelineRecommended Start
Sustainability Report DesignBasic edition, 30–50 pages: NT$80,000–150,000; Standard edition, 50–80 pages: NT$150,000–300,000; 80+ pages with a full chart system and bilingual edition: from NT$300,000About 8–12 weeks from final data to filing uploadListed companies must file their sustainability report by the end of August (ESG information by end of June); design work should start no later than Q1, with structure and layout able to proceed in parallel with data collection
ESG Branding & Identity SystemsIdentity system upgrade: from NT$50,000–150,000; integrated projects including report, packaging, and website: NT$300,000–1,000,000+Depends on scope; identity systems typically take 8–12 weeksStart with stakeholder interviews and competitor analysis before moving into visuals
ESG Family Days & Market EventsESG-themed events for 200–500 people, including food-agriculture experiences or craft workshops: approximately NT$300,000–800,000Depends on scale and scheduleMinistry of Labor Work-Life Balance subsidies of up to NT$200,000 are available, requiring advance application and post-event reconciliation
Sustainable Packaging DesignQuoted based on material, structure, and prototyping needs4–8 weeks from concept to final art; add 2–4 weeks for new-material prototypingRecommended to start at least 3 months before launch

When comparing quotes, don’t just look at the total price—check how many revision rounds are included and what’s actually delivered. Sustainability reports get revised far more often than a typical catalog; if the revision terms aren’t clear upfront, extra charges can end up costing more than the price difference you were comparing.

FAQ

ESG Sustainable Design FAQ

Have another question?Add us on LINE and ask our design consultant directly.

How is sustainability report design different from ordinary layout work?
A sustainability report is information design under the GRI framework. The difference is that we read your materiality analysis results to determine the chapter structure, turn KPI lists into chart specifications and confirm the presentation of each one, and reserve space for bilingual layouts and accessible output—rather than simply taking a Word file and laying it out.
About how much budget does ESG branding require?
Upgrading the brand identity system alone starts from NT$50,000–150,000. Integrated projects that include report design, packaging upgrades, and website redesign run NT$300,000–1,000,000 or more. We recommend treating it as a 6–12 month investment and tracking it with metrics like employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and media mentions.
Does an ESG family day cost much more than a regular one?
Not necessarily—the key difference is in the event design logic, not the budget size. ESG-themed events for 200–500 people, including food-agriculture experiences or craft workshops, typically run NT$300,000–800,000 in public rates. Ministry of Labor Work-Life Balance subsidies of up to NT$200,000 are available, and we can help assess eligibility and application direction.
Does a small company still need ESG branding?
International supply chains are already screening partners using ESG scores, and what SMEs are most often asked to do is simply “clearly explain what you’ve done.” You don’t need to start from zero—mapping your existing actions to 3–5 SDGs is enough to give you a common international language.
Can we engage just one service line?
Yes. All four service lines can be engaged individually or integrated into a full project. A common approach is to start with the sustainability report, then in the following year extend the chart system and identity system it established into brand communication and events.
