2026 GVM Sustainable Living Week: ESG Exhibition Design in Circular Materials
Howdy Creative planned the 2026 GVM Sustainable Living Week for Global Views Monthly, turning ESG principles into a market experience built on sustainable materials and a curated lineup of eco-conscious vendors.
Challenge
Events built around environmental messaging face an obvious tension: atmosphere versus waste. Global Views Monthly wanted to move past the disposable-heavy footprint of past editions, had no consistent visual identity to carry across years, and needed to recruit credible sustainability-minded vendors within a tight timeline to give the event real depth.
Goal
The goal was for Sustainable Living Week to become a flagship event for sustainability in practice, with visuals that matched Global Views Monthly's editorial standard and production details that lived up to ESG principles such as reduced plastic use, circularity, and recycled materials, so visitors could feel the message in the materials the moment they walked in.
Approach
- Recyclable and regenerated materials were specified for the main stage backdrop and other on-site elements, carrying the plastic-reduction commitment into every production detail.
- Vendors with genuine sustainability credentials were recruited so the stalls themselves reinforced the event's core theme, keeping the message out of the realm of slogans.
- A unified visual identity ran across the main stage, vendor stalls, and promotional materials, keeping the whole event visually consistent and on-brand.
Outcome
Sustainable Living Week 2026 launched with a complete plan spanning the main stage backdrop to vendor recruitment. Beyond a polished visual identity, the event delivered on ESG principles like reduced plastic use and regenerated materials, turning sustainability from a talking point into something attendees could experience firsthand.
