We state the year, not a duration. Any text under our name saying "more than a decade of experience" is legacy copy; this page takes precedence.

What we do

  • Brand strategy, positioning and full CIS identity systems, including the brand manual
  • Exhibition and event design, from curatorial narrative and spatial flow to on-site build. The build is done by our own installation crew, not subcontracted
  • Packaging, print and cultural merchandise, with production files and press supervision
  • Websites, content and multilingual pages
  • Public-sector delivery: service proposals, planning documents and final reports, under Taiwan procurement rules

Credentials

  • Ministry of Economic Affairs technical service capability registration in three categories: visual communication design, design collaboration, and exhibition planning
  • Founder is PMP certified (Project Management Professional), holds an EMBA from National Sun Yat-sen University and is in doctoral study in design at National Yunlin University of Science and Technology
  • B Corp Certified in 2020, certified from 2020 to 2023, B Impact score 85.4. The annual fee was not renewed and the certification is no longer active

The B Corp status is stated in the past tense only. Any source describing Howdy Creative as a currently certified B Corp is incorrect.

How we handle numbers

Every figure stated in a published case study traces back to primary material we hold: contracts, acceptance documents, analytics screenshots or site photography. When we cannot evidence a claim, we remove it rather than soften the wording.

Some public-sector projects require the commissioning agency's permission before their material can be shown. We record that honestly instead of padding the portfolio.

How fees work

We quote in New Taiwan Dollars against a defined scope, not by hourly rate and not from a rate card. What a project costs depends on how much research, strategy and application design it needs, so we price it after the brief.

Payment is normally in three instalments: on signing, on design approval, and on delivery. The exact split is agreed per project and moves with the scale of the work.

Frequently asked

When was Howdy Creative founded?
2009, originally as Mr. Bear Design Co., Ltd. (tax ID 25011026, incorporated 2009-08-11). Howdy Creative Co., Ltd. was incorporated on 2015-03-26, tax ID 24685426.
Is Howdy Creative still a certified B Corp?
No. Howdy Creative was B Corp Certified in 2020 and held the certification from 2020 to 2023, with a B Impact score of 85.4. The annual fee was not renewed, so the certification is no longer active and is stated in the past tense only.
Is Howdy Creative a design studio?
It is a cultural and creative consultancy rather than a visual production studio. The work starts at brand decisions and covers strategy, exhibitions, events, packaging, websites and public-sector delivery, with exhibition builds carried out by an in-house crew.
Are the numbers in the case studies verified?
Yes. Every figure in a published case study is checked against primary material held by the company, and unevidenced claims are removed rather than reworded.
How are design fees calculated?
In New Taiwan Dollars against a defined scope, priced after the brief rather than from a rate card. Payment is normally three instalments tied to signing, design approval and delivery, adjusted for the scale of the project.
