Our Exhibition Curation Process
Discovery & Concept Development
We gain a deep understanding of your brand positioning, event goals, and target audience, then develop a curatorial concept and narrative aligned with your brand spirit.
Space Planning & Flow Design
We plan the exhibition layout and visitor flow based on venue conditions, using spatial storytelling to guide visitors through your brand content at the right pace.
Visual Design & Materials Production
We integrate your brand identity system to design on-site visual materials — panels, backdrops, banners, and booklets — ensuring a consistent, recognizable visual language.
Construction Oversight & On-Site Setup
We coordinate with contractors and material delivery, supervise and adjust on site, and ensure the final build matches the design drawings and meets safety standards.
Event Execution & On-Site Management
Our project staff are on site throughout the event, handling unexpected issues, media reception, and visitor interaction to keep everything running smoothly.
Outcome Documentation & Asset Building
We compile event photos, videos, media coverage, and performance data into a results report and brand assets, extending the value of the event well beyond its run.

about exhibition curation
How much lead time does exhibition curation need?+
For a typical brand exhibition or market event, we recommend starting planning at least 8–12 weeks in advance. For large-scale construction, government venue applications, or multi-city tours, lead time should extend to 4–6 months. Howdy Creative provides a complete timeline after the initial consultation.
How do you ensure contractor quality matches the design intent?+
We provide complete construction drawings and material specifications, and station project staff on site during construction for supervision, requesting immediate corrections wherever the build doesn't match the design. Our long-standing network of contracting partners also helps us keep quality and timelines under control.
What's included in "outcome documentation and asset building"?+
This covers on-site event photography and video editing, media coverage compilation, attendance and engagement data, updated brand assets (website event records, social media materials), and a complete results report that can be used directly in future proposals or as supporting evidence for government grant applications.
Does your service cover all of Taiwan?+
Yes. Howdy Creative's exhibition curation services are not limited by location — we've executed projects in Taipei, Tainan, Pingtung, Hualien, Nantou, and more. Travel and coordination costs for cross-city events are factored into the proposal, so pricing stays complete and transparent.
