Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes! We offer a free 30-minute brand consultation. No sales pitch, no pressure. Book one through LINE or the contact form.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on project scope. Brand identity design generally takes 4–8 weeks, web design 6–12 weeks, and exhibition planning should be booked 2–3 months in advance. We provide a detailed timeline with every quote.
How is your pricing structured?
We quote per project, based on scope and complexity. Brand design typically starts at NT$50,000, and web design at NT$80,000. Fill out the form and we'll provide an initial quote.
Can I book just one service?
Of course. Every service can be booked on its own. If you need more than one, we also offer bundled packages for more consistent quality and better overall value.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
For website projects, we provide 3 months of free maintenance after launch, with optional monthly plans afterward. Brand projects come with a complete brand guideline for easy future execution.
Can we meet at your studio?
Absolutely! Our studio is located at No. 43, Huamei St., West District, Taichung. Visits are welcome by appointment — just reach out via LINE or the form and we'll have tea ready.
